Shocking customer service, I ring up and they give me a quote, then i ring back later to place order and they put £50 on top.

What a joke of a company and clearly just make it up!!!

Some disinterested owner guy turns up to give a quote. He hardly acknowledges my presence as he talks on his phone. He measures 2 out of 11 fence gaps, then walks off nearly without saying anything but turns around at the last and says I'll send a quote later. It comes to install day and all the panels want cutting down as they don't fit. They still don't fit and one is nearly falling out of the posts, another is damaged already with all the waving about. They say they're not going to do anything in a very smarmy and arrogant way. A terrible company. Don't pay until you make sure they've done a proper job.

0 stars. Terrible company. Other fence company came to rectify and new exactly who had done the original.job without even asking.Rude, dont take to customer issues very well at all.

They have done a fence for neighbours today and they have been all on our yard with not even asking first and we have young vulnerable children in the house. Totally unacceptable. Then sat in dining room and can hear them gossiping about us with the neighbour. And they’ve been throwing debris on our yard too.

Had some gates supplied and fitted a year ago. Still fit as good as when they were supplied. Joiner said to treat them with linseed oil and they look better now than when they were new. Definitely recommend them

Great service and competitive price. It was easy to arrange the job and the staff were very courteous. The fencing work was carried out quickly and professionally by two very pleasant installers. The quality was great and the work was of a very high standard. Would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered some concrete posts and gravel boards on two separate times. Their prices were cheaper than several other places I checked and delivery was within about 5 days. Both drivers were good, put them where I asked and were very civil and polite.

I even asked if I could have a couple of custom-made posts and they said they could do it.

Definitely going to use them again.

Rude delivery men. Wouldn’t use again. £500 of Post Mix. They wouldn’t go literally a few steps further to put it behind a skip out of sight of the road.
The lorry was literally on our drive. Disgusting. Even pushed the receipt through the door when someone was in.

Would highly recommend this company, very friendly and professional, did exactly what we asked for and very pleased with end result.

Came and gave sound advice on best height and fence type to screen off garden, patio and drive. As promised, all inclusive quote provided by email same day. Job booked and arranged within timeframe stated on quote. Delighted with quality, finish and professionalism. Fencers both polite and know their job. All old fencing removed and site tidied up at finish. Ensured inspection at end to check I was happy with all completed works. Excellent.

This company was working on my neighbours fence and in the space of 3 days... chopped through my phone and Internet cable. The guy when confronted said it wasn't me, standing over the newly cut cable. No apology and was told to call their office. Day 3 they were back due to a fitting error next to my front garden. They moved my pots and planters away from the fence. When finished left them in the middle of my garden along with stones and rubbish. Called their office and again no apology just said we'll send someone around. Wouldn't recommend this company
