I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the 3rd mortgage they have completed for me and their professionalism is highly commendable. Selin is amazing and she has always been able to find me the ideal product and guidance throughout the process. She is always proactive and extremely knowledgeable. Very little good to say about this company who, after collecting my tax and bank documents, then stopped responding to me when the new build I am buying was finally ready for valuation and practical completion was served. Stephanie McKeown, yes let's name her, just left me hanging, no reason given just shut down. I don't recommend anyone deal with this firm as they might just choose to ignore you if they decide you're not worth their time.

I have dealt with a few mortgage brokers previously over the years, however, I can honestly say that Fayez is very efficient and pro-active when dealing with mortgage cases. Fayez has a keen eye for detail, he uses his initiative to find solutions in more complex cases; whilst also enduring a calm approach.
