Had a quote for an intruder alarm system. Craig was friendly, had a wealth of knowledge & gave us the confidence that Rainbow was the right company for us.
Darren came to install the system. He went through everything we had discussed with Craig, got on with the job efficiently and was very tidy. After it was all installed Darren talked us through how the system worked and helped us set up the app. Very happy would definitely recommend.

Recently had a security alarm fitted by Rainbow security systems in Northampton.
Have to say I am absolutely delighted with the service I received. They are very nice people to deal with, right from quotation to the actual installation. They couldn't do enough for me. They were very polite courteous and knowledgeable. And once they had finished the job left absolutely no mess.
I would recommend them to anyone great local company!! Keep up the good work guys.

Rainbow Security have always been really helpful with both our alarm system and our CCTV - which we have had replaced today. (previous CCTV was installed by another company) The work carried out was to a very high standard and Darren spent the time to explain everything to me.
We had a few problems with our previous CCTV, which Rainbow didn't install, but they were always happy to help, even when they couldn't come in they when through all the steps with me on the phone.

I have had a Rainbow alarm fitted since the house was built in 1998 but decided to have an update with all new sensors, a wifi phone link etc. The engineer who came out for the quote was very exact with the costings. Now had the new system fitted and it was so easy. Everything was clean and tidy and everything explained in full. Very satisfied.

Recently had a burglar alarm and CCTV installed at my house. Rainbow offered me a very competitive quote, and also came highly recommended by a neighbour.
The engineer who came to carry out the survey was punctual, polite and very professional. Even had shoe coverings.
The lady in the office who walked me through my options was very knowledgeable and organised and made me feel very much at ease.
Two engineers arrived at the specified time and got on with the job and caused very little disruption. They did a very neat and tidy job, and were very patient with me when demonstrating the 2 systems.
All in all I was extremely impressed with Rainbow,and would definitely recommend them to anyone. A good local company.

We had a Rainbow fitted alarm in our previous home which we had no issues with in the 8 years we were there. Having recently moved into a new house, we contacted Rainbow to install an alarm and CCTV system. Craig arrived on the date and time we were given to provide a hassle-free detailed quote. We arranged for him to install the alarm system and then install the CCTV on a separate day as it required 2 engineers to do the job. Both Craig and the other engineer Dave are very professional and did a fantastic job. They took the time to explain in detail how both systems worked and answered any queries we had. Although we don’t actually use our alarm the outside siren was going off and we had no idea how to stop it. I spoke to an engineer who talked me through the system but as it still wouldn’t stop he said he’d come out to us. It just happened to be during storm Arwen - luckily the alarm isn’t too high up but he still had to use a ladder. He was a lovely guy and we are very grateful to him for sorting it out on a dark, wet and windy Saturday night. Would highly recommend. THANK YOU

We had a Rainbow alarm system installed in our home 15 years ago and have just had an upgraded Rainbow alarm system installed. They are first-class reliable and professional. They are quick to respond and all the staff are very knowledgeable. Everything is explained clearly. If you need an alarm fitting call Rainbow. Highly recommended.

Craig, the engineer, called to carry out the annual inspection & service and found some replacements were needed. He explained with total clarity the various options/outline costs and one week later carried out a full renewal with professionalism and completely without disruption or mess. After a comprehensive explanation of system operation we were all set.
