Because it is very nice that you can get half of your check next day and sometimes people can't wait for 2 weeks if you in need of gas or food etc.

Usually pretty great. Doesn't always have the correct/updated dates/times- and they can fluctuate throughout the day at times as well. Overall, still great app and service.

I connected my Sun Holdings account to the Rain app, and it wasn't for me, next thing I know I realize I don't even have the option to disconnect or deactivate my account from my employer!!! This problem has been stressing me out for the past few weeks, and I could use an actual solution for this because trying to talk to the support team is the same thing as talking to a brick wall.

I think the company thinks a lot of it's employees to want to ensure they are able to make things work between pay periods. Things have gotten a lot more expensive!!! I love how easy it is to receive any funds you need!!!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAM. They give you an advance on your own funds, take it out of your next paycheck, and then charge you a percentage — your own money taken from you for no reason!

I already had direct deposit set up, so I was confused when I got a message on my phone telling me to set up Rain to access my funds from my employer. I was under the impression that this app was simply how they paid employees. After realizing what the app actually is — a complete scam — I tried to cancel the advance within an hour of requesting it, and they wouldn’t let me. They said there was nothing they could do. Terrible service.

I have unstable hours, and I have no idea if the amount I took out will match what I’ll earn in the next two weeks when payday comes around. What happens then? What if I lose this job by then? Will I have to pay this advance back when I already don’t have the money and might not even earn it in the next two weeks? It’s incredibly stressful.

Do not use this service. Just wait for your paycheck. If your bills can’t wait, be smart and ask your credit card or loan companies to change your payment due date to match when your paycheck is directly deposited.

What a huge waste of time and money. If I could sue this app for the stress it caused me, I would. Don’t fall for this.
