Wasn't a fan of the corners. The folds were sloppy and lose. For the price I expected more detail in the graphics as well as the frame work. Unfortunately it just felt cheap. That piece was $170 and to be honest if I had seen it in a store I would have passed it by.

UNIQUE WITH HIGH QUALITY

THE WORK APPEALED WHEN I FIRST SAW IT ON FACEBOOK AND THEN ON THEIR WEBSITE. FOCUSED ON THE MILITARY CANINE CANVAS OPTIONS AND HAVE PURCHASED TWO OF TWO DIFFERENT SIZES. THE ITEMS THAT ARRIVED WERE OF HIGH QUALITY AND WERE EXACTLY AS EXPECTED. UNIQUE AND OF GOOD QUALITY AND THE EMAIL FOLLOW UP WAS ALSO VERY MUCH EFFCIENT AND HELPFUL

Color not what advertising or photo on…

Color not what advertising or photo on site show. Product is very grey/white not white/white.
Quality of the product very poor.
Will be requesting a return authorization and credit.

The shirts are way too small

The shirts are way too small. I thought I was ordering a 4T shirt, so when the order came in, I double checked my emails, and the shirt said 2T on my receipt. OK so I made a mistake. We order the shirt in now. A 5T the shirts came in and they are exactly the same size … you hold that both shirts they’re exactly an identical and the markings on the tags of the shirts are identical. How can ayou hold that both shirts they’re exactly an identical and the markings on the tags of the shirts are identical. How can a 2T in a 5T be the same exact shirts?

Great rug, Great service

My personalized train rug arrived today. Looks great in my train room. My original order somehow was duplicated . I was notified by Emma of customer service of this issue. At my direction she deleted the duplicate order and placed a refund on my credit card. Between the beautiful train rug and the great customer service I highly recommend Railspirit.

No communication! Very poor quality products

I had several unanswered emails. No customer service comm at all!! I paid $179.00 for two items that were not as they were described. Blanket that is thin as a sheet and a rug that was supposed to be chenille. It’s not! I sent several emails. No answer! The contact number said calls would not be answered. Very poor quality!!

Hoodie arrived in reasonable time and looks great

Hoodie arrived in reasonable time, looks great.

Only problem I had was with the website order
page, it seems like it does not hold onto choices
that are selected, and reverts to "default" size every
time any other change is made to the order fill-in
blanks, does not hold data in the cart overnight.
Customer beware: just before submitting an order,
go back to the top of the page and look at
EVERYTHING to make sure it is filled in as you want.
Otherwise, product artwork, design, and quality are
outstanding. rtl

STAY AWAY!!!

I got a thank you note from the president of the company asking how I enjoyed my order before I even received my order. Very unsatisfied. Ships from China when it was originally USA. Would have stayed away if I knew that.

Be honest with your customers that products ship from China

Be honest with your customers and clearly state that your merchandise is being shipped from China. 21 days to deliver my order. If I had been clearly informed that my order was being shipped from China, I would have never ordered it. The American Railroad was built in the USA, not China, so merchandise being made to honor the railroads deserve to be made in the USA.
