Maddie, that's just fascinating, yet highly disturbing and frustrating. No USA customer processing?? What a strange restriction. Interesting that was never mentioned to me when I signed up and provided my USA business address and that I will have USA customers using AMERICAN Express, yet, sure enough, none of my USA-based transactions went through...
Nearly 9 months have now passed since my last experience and I've reached out to Ragapay numerous times since then, including on May 7, 2024 when I sent a letter to their London office informing of my intention to sue, which they ignored, so I did sue and Claim № L3QZ83W1 was filed, which they also ignored, and are now in default, by which I've won the judgment, entered on July 4th too of all days, let freedom ring! and that cash register, too, Ragapay, open it up! Or shall we have the court's bailiff do it for you with the warrant that's now been issued against you?
Anyway, I couldn't find public records of the case, but did find it in the Registry Trust Ltd.'s Trust Online service for a £5 fee. Therefore, the final judgment and orders of the court are shared for Ragapay and everyone else to see by searching the Internet for: RagaPay Court Judgment L3QZ83W1. The top result should be a PDF on Scribd and/or SlideShare (you should also be able to search those sites directly).
I accomplished all of this remotely from the USA as well. If anyone else is looking to file a suit against Ragapay from outside the UK, you're welcome to follow-up and inquire with me. You can find my e-mail at the end of the document's description on the hosting sites.

Update 8/4/24 - Wow what a bunch of frauds and phoneys! I think I tried 5 transactions with my own cards, none of which worked. None of these cards are stolen and you best watch what you write or I will sue you for defamation. It's illegal to write such false and defamatory things about others, and even blaming Trustpilot? How pathetic. Does the registered owner of Ragapay, on file with UK Companies House, know that you engage in this misconduct, or perhaps you are one and the same?
Issued a refund, did you? More lies. Strange how you never told the court that, which would have completely exonerated you and see the claim against you dismissed. Guess you aren't prepared to engage in that level of fraud yet. What a moronic claim to make regardless, considering the blockchain is public.
The original invoice and payment is on record with Trustpilot and the Court already, but I have uploaded that as well to Scribd: Ragapay Setup Fee Invoice # RP 51232. May take a few days to appear in search results, but anyone and their mom can see the TRC20 wallet you listed on the invoice for payment, and see that it has received tons of funds from other victims, which you quickly transfer to another wallet within minutes.
My particular payment was on Oct 11, 2023 for USDT 3,000 like I mentioned before. Everyone can see the original wallet that payment was sent from and everyone can see there is no "refund to the original wallet" two weeks later, or ever. All there is are victims sending you money and those funds leaving your wallet to a third wallet.
The only absurd thing here is you and the bullsh*t lies you try to feed everyone. Has this public ridicule and court judgment against you been worth the USDT 3,000 you should have refunded in October that would have avoided all this?

Watch out! Lots of surprises.
I'm currently using ragapay in combination with other processors so it works well enough to give a try. But the poor communication and lots of hidden fees and restrictions are a nightmare.
If this is planned on being your only processor, you might want to skip it. Or if setting it up is time sensitive.
Things I found out along the way that were either direct contradictions of promises:
- no mastercard processing (fixed now)
- no USA customer processing (not fixed)
- minimum customer spend of 10 dollars (not fixed)
- extra 2% hidden fee to be paid out in addition to processing fee that was told to me (reduced to 1% before signing contract)
Other unpleasant surprises:
- set up took a very long time and the tech guy is insanely rude and difficult to work with
- can only be paid out in cryptocurrency (???)
- restrictions on number of purchases per customer per day, week, month
I haven't reached payout yet since I've been processing only for a few days but i will update to confirm I am getting paid as expected. It does WORK though, under all the surprise restrictions, it otherwise works :) which is nice.
