We're all in it to hopefully win, but unlike other opportunities, at least it's nice too think some of your hard earned money has helped a good charity on the way.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Esther from Raffle House Customer Support, and she was fantastic. My issue was handled surprisingly quickly and resolved without any hassle. It’s rare to get such efficient and friendly service, and Esther really stood out.

On top of that, Raffle House offers amazing, life-changing prizes—it truly feels like a chance worth taking. Good luck everybody… you’ve got to be in it to win it!

My query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. It was also followed up with a thank you email so very pleased with the response and follow up.

I had never had any problems until just recently; I accidentally ordered way more tickets than I had intended. This was on Sunday, so I had emailed Sunday evening and they got back to me first thing on Monday morning. They refunded the amount immediately. The email exchanges were very polite and courteous. I rate them very highly because of this!

I am now going to re-order my intended amount and hope that I win 🤞

I couldn’t access my account online and used the WhatsApp facility for help. Response was quick and within 12 hours I was able to reset my password and sort my subscription query. Wish all companies were so responsive.

The staff are always efficient in replying to my queries, and understand the challenges that new customers, sometimes face.

I have bought a ticket but I haven’t aeen on my site.

While I was a customer the service was great, but my sercumstances money wise changed to make the decision I had make.

Took money out my account when I wasn't even signed up to them be careful with these scams my online bank says they want another 150 pounds bloody scams everywhere

Had issue after buying tickets and was worried would miss draw as last day. But Customer Support were on it fairly quickly and sorted everything out. Only one downside, I didn’t win! 🤣

Received an email ticket offer but when I clicked the link for a one time purchase was forced to pay a monthly subscription at double the cost. Cancelled and tried to repeat several times assuming I’d made an error. Same issue every time. Won’t be playing again as the site doesn’t give the offers it promises.
