I thought I was going to sign up to a…

I thought I was going to sign up to a platform with genuine and serious minded business people, but after uploading all my documents and done with with my KYC, I learned that my account is suspended for no just reason. I really don't know what they intend to do with people's bio-data, but I think they are up to no good.

Very bad experience

Hello
It's been weeks and geepay received my funds and they keep telling my stories that they are waiting an email reply for the institution that sent me money, just 900 usd and they are telling me stories after I provided them documents which they asked for. This is the worst company have ever used, I asked them to send back the funds, still telling me stories that they are waiting feedback from their compliance. Stay warned before u transact with this company

I have requested that my funds be sent back to the sending institution for the last 2 weeks , these guys can't even do this. Still holding my money and same stories

Just updating here. It's almost amonth now and these people have refused to give me my funds or send the funds back, they are lying to me that they sent an email to my financial institution and are waiting confirmation for one month now. Isn't this suspecious ???
Deal this company at your risk. Am getting them sorted soon. Legal action imminent

Will be updating how it goes, hoping they pay for damages caused too

I had a highly disappointing experience…

I had a highly disappointing experience with Raenest. After spending valuable time and effort completing their sign-up process, they rejected my business application without providing any specific reason. Their response was vague, citing an "internal assessment" with no transparency or opportunity for reconsideration.

If you’re an entrepreneur looking for a reliable banking partner, don’t waste your time with Raenest—their process is unclear, and they might reject your application after making you go through unnecessary steps. Very frustrating and unprofessional!

🚨 SCAM ALERT

🚨 SCAM ALERT – GeegPay Issue 🚨

I’m facing a serious issue with GeegPay, and I want to alert everyone about their suspicious activities. I sent money to my GeegPay account, but it has not been received. When I contacted their support, they confirmed that the transaction was pending and that they were “trying to rectify it.”

However, instead of fixing the issue, they are asking me to send more money—equivalent to what I originally sent—before they can resolve it! This makes no sense, and to make matters worse, I can no longer log into my account.

It is completely unreasonable to ask someone to send more money when they are already holding on to my funds. I suspect foul play and want to warn others before they fall into the same trap.

GeegPay, if this is a legitimate issue, fix my transaction instead of demanding more money!

Has anyone else experienced something similar? Please share and help spread the word!

Ongoing onboarding account suspended permanently

It’s funny that an account am trying to open was permanently suspended. Over what?
I think your system needs human intervention, not allowing this account opening process depending on AI or BOT.
I uploaded my international passport and was suspended! Who does that?!!!

Am even trying to register on the platform , the account opening process is still less than 3hrs!!!!
Instead of customers support assisting with the account opening all I received is that the account has been permanently suspended

I used geegpay for 3 months for a job i…

I used geegpay for 3 months for a job i got. The last month of work i was sent my payment, only to find out that my account number changed with no prior notification. I have given an account that initially ended with 7200 until i couldnt recieve money and i realized the account now ends with 7216. Now the money cant he recalled nor have i received the money. Before now i have had a pleasant experience but this is a nightmare. There was proof that the previous transactions to the initial account was successfully. Please release my funds accept you made a mistake or we will escalate quickly. This has been since November 2024

Professional Scammers

These people are complete scammers. They suspended my account immediately after I created it, and they did the same to my mom's account. Before sending any money to them, make sure to check if they won't suspend your account too. Be cautious—they are professional scammers!

NIGERIAN SCAMMERS

Scammers. I received my payments on November 2nd. They were under review for 2 months then they disappeared from transaction history. Inhave tried texting them and now one is replying. Over $4,000 just gone like that. The worst company ever don't try them.

Poor customer service

The customer service is absolutely terrible.My refund query has been ongoing for almost two months, and I’m still waiting for my money to be credited back to my account.

Despite several attempts to get answers, yono longer reply to my emails. When I ask for proof or a receipt showing where the refund was sent, they avoid providing any clear details. This is beyond frustrating.

My Raenest tag is @bear003 can you issue a receipt ,my refund query has been ongoing for over two months, and I’m still waiting for my money to be credited back to my account.

NEGATIVE REVIEWS IS OVERWHELMING

I just created an account with Geegpay and got approved after variety of reviews.
But upon seeing all these NEGATIVE REVIEWS, I’m NOT quite sure if I would want to use their services for the purpose I needed it for anymore.

Taking advantage of people money is NOT. Good practice to me at all.

Bunch of Thieves and Time Wasters

I received funds into my Geegpay on 19th of November but it has been under review since. Even after providing the requested documents including the refund details you are now not replying to my emails especially that rude person called Ama.! Release my funds or refund it. Stop scamming people!!!!

Worst customer service

Services are. Good but customer service is crap, they will text you everyday asking for patience when in real no one is working on your ticket. If you love your money, run as far as possible from Geegpay.
I registered an account with them long ago, but decided not to use it because of their heavy charges (fees) on almost everything you do on their platform. I needed a card that supports X (formerly Twitter) subscriptions, so I contacted them 3 times in different chats to ask if their card supports, and all 3 agents affirmed. I got the card at $5, and funded it under heavy charges. The color I chose was different from what I was given, the name I provided was different from what's on the card. Unfortunately the card didn't work. I contacted them, and they requested screenshots and even screen recording (video), which I provided. After 17 days, they mailed me to withdraw my money as they couldn't find a solution. I asked for a refund of all the money they've stolen from me but they never gave me. It means they knew it doesn't work, but deceived me so that I can waste my money. I ended up getting 19k out of the 30k total I used. Imagine how much they'd make of 10000 people lose 11k to them like I did. Avoid GEEGPAY, they are fraudsters. Run! Run!! Run!!!
