why aren't you accepting my nin details

I have submitted my ID (NIN) for verification multiple times, but I keep getting a NOT DONE response message. I have also written support via email but no response yet. Kindly assist me sort it this out so I can get started.

my account got suspended and I have already transferred USD from my payooner to Geegpay, I still don't know if I will get the money refund back to my payooner or you can help lift the suspension, in order to continue using geegpay

40,000 disappeared from my account over 3 days ago while trying to fund my card, support says it will reflect within 24 hours it didn't and they stopped replying my mail live chat intentionally ignores my message as well, I will advise people to stay away from this geegpay

I've been using geepay for sometime now and it has been working smoothly for me. But recently I was asked to verify my bank details which I did but my account was suspended. Also the money I sent from my Payoneer has not yet reflected in my USD wallet till now. Please can something be done about this swiftly?

Issue with verification
I just got verified after waiting a long time for the verification of my id . I then created my usd account . Then next day my verification gets rejected. I reall don’t understand you guys and I gave you all the information you needed. And you people don’t respond on your customer service

Money was sent to my account since on 27 of july up till now it’s still under Review no customer response nothing is happening I wrote their customer support service both still happened now im frustrated

I funded my Naira wallet is close to 24 hours now and I’ve not seen the the money funded in my wallet please do smth about this I actually trusted this platform that’s why I choose to use it, don’t ruine it.

This is the first time I am using geegpay. Everything was working fine on Geegpay Account until I withdrew my hard earned sweat to Geegpay from freelancer.com.
My Account was Suspended and I don't know why. After I withdrew $49 USD to that account, it was suspended. This happened today. I don't want to believe that my money is gone. Because nobody is responding to me again including their customer support. They suddenly found a reason to Block my account. Why didn't they Block it when there was no money Inside?.
The message I got is that they choose not to provide their service to me again.

I funded my wallet before noon on Sunday and till Monday morning, I'm yet to see the money in my account.

i enabled 2fa to secure my funds which turned out to be my greatest mistake i beg to eat but i have over half a million in my account have wrote to BELLA,SUPPORT,INNIOBONG,MODUPE With different responses even after providing every details asked...it 1st 2fa service is down to my details does not match..i swear for every pain and frustration u put me through my GOD would make sure u suffer 4 it PURE WICKNESS I HAVE BEEN SICK CANT BUY DRUGS BUT I WAS PAID FOR WORKING GEEPAY GIVE ME MY MONEY IF I DIE NO WORKER IN GEEPAY WOULD KNOW PEACE HEARTLESSS PEOPLE GOD IS WATCHING I CURSE WHO INTRODUCED ME TO GEEPAY

Geegpay stole my fund.

I loaded $500 into my Geegpay virtual card 26th of June 2023. The funds wasn’t anywhere to be found the next day, they wiped out my card balance . All available to get my funds back has been excuses upon excuses. This is 13th of July, nothing yet has been done.

Kindly stay away from them they aren’t trust worthy.

I initiated a transaction of $105 to geegpay.africa on Friday morning. However, as of today, Wednesday, the funds have not been credited to my account. I have engaged in multiple conversations with their customer care representatives, but their responsiveness has been lacking. Despite providing all the requested documentation to address this issue, the status on the chat indicates that my messages have been seen, yet no reply or action has been taken.

I previously encountered a similar problem when they held my $305, although the issue was eventually resolved. At that time, I inquired about the safety of their system, and they assured me that it was secure. However, to date, my $105 has not been credited. This situation raises concerns that they may have intentions to abscond with our funds.

In light of these circumstances, I am compelled to report this company to Wells Fargo, Amazon, Ebay, and Reanest. The magnitude of this trouble exceeds what can be reasonably managed by a single individual.

Safe your self from the stress and don't use this company for any of your transactions

This geegpay.africa is a scam, please be very very careful with them.

Why did I say so? Imagine the account I have done KYC successfully before, I have even created USD and other foreign accounts with the geegpay account I created, infact I have been using it.

But, suddenly this account starts showing KYC not verify, and I can't access the dashboard again. After doing another KYC, it is now showing "review in progress" this review in progress will just be showing till eternity.

Well, I am lucky I don't have any fund in the account

Now, let me expose this useless company, initially they will approve your account easily, suddenly once you start using it, they will frozen the account so you won't have access to it again.

Please, if you have ear, listen, don't go near geegpay.africa.

The people behind this are 419, scammers and fraudster.

I have brought the sluggish and perceived fraudulent act of GeegPay to the notice of the public.

After signing up and verifying my account, including submitting proof of identity, employment, etc., GeegPay approved my account.

However, to my surprise, GeegPay started off by asking me to verify my employment and identity again some days ago - that I did. After many submissions of proof of identity and messages to the ‘professed’ support team, they approved my identity and account again.

Now, GeegPay has 2 of my payment transactions under review. After submitting all the info and documents they requested for, even though the info they requested for were ridiculous and unnecessary, @GeegPay has refused to pay my money still.

Hi geegpay,I actually enjoyed a quick transaction from Upwork to geegpay but I have a little issue that I need to resolve . I initiated the 2 factor authentication as adviced by your team but unfortunately the codes are not working. I have tried everything possible but it keeps saying invalid code. I want the two factor authentication to be deactivated do I can use just my password for transactions. Please help
