Update - I went to redeem and there's a greyed out box that says I can redeem in 30 days?! I went back the next day and it still says 30 days and there's nothing to click to redeem. It did let me connect my bank through plaid but then no redemption possible. I don't wanna call it a scam but so far, not looking good! I was playing a game at twenty cents a spin earlier in the day. I went back in and started spinning. The spins went to a default of $100 a spin!! I get that I have to check but most default spin size is a dollar or two!! I dealt with the stupid bot who gave ridiculous answers when I asked for a person I got a response that they were closed for the day and would email me. Still nothing, that was four days ago. This seems extremely deceptive and customer service thus far sucks! I'm happy to change my rating if I get any resolution but as for now, I do not recommend.
