What happened is as a seller he generated the contract ensuring that he's going to protect my legal and Financial situation although once the buyer breach the agreement he did not do anything and after repeatedly telling him to enforce the contract to release my money they didn't do anything instead they let the buyer do as they please if you're looking for an attorney go to Craigslist you are better off getting an attorney like a public defendant or somebody just to file paperwork then getting these
