This was mostly a pleasant experience with the lab. Most of our problems were with Radonovo itself, specifically with the communication of the CRM unit that we received, which was not working. The lab was good about reaching out when it finally shipped out, and we received the crm, and we were missing the certificate of calibration that was sent immediately after requesting, even on a Friday afternoon, which was commendable. That is why I would give our interactions a 4-star

We sent in 4 measuring devices and finally received the results of all four. but not all at the same time. It took a couple of weeks to receive information from all of them. We followed instructions and put each device into individual mailing envelopes. We probably should have put all 4 into one envelope which would have kept them all together. It would be nice to know if this is an option. Thank you for the results.
