Much more efficient and nicer service than going via amazon. Was literally here in 2 days. Price was cheaper than amazon too & it was nice knowing we supported a persons business than a corporation.

Will use Radmore and Tucker again
Easy to order. Most or my order was in stock but one part had to be ordered from Stihl so took a week or so. Once I got my email that it was shipped,it was delivered next day

Bought for the Boss ( wife ) because…
Bought for the Boss ( wife ) because she was fed up with my hedge cutting.It was her first attempt at cutting hedge with this machine.Guess what a very very good result.STIHL quality products,and it shows.Great service as normal from R&T ,plus a little gift that made me smile,thank you very much.

It's been well over the 7-10 days…
It's been well over the 7-10 days delivery and we are still waiting for the final item of the 3 we ordered. However once I raised the issue their communication has been good and they have assured us that the final item will be with us shortly.

Buying online from R and T.
After ordering , I received a reply next day stating 1 or 2 of my items are out of stock , a delay of 5 to 7 days is expected. 17 days later I received them . I did receive apologies , but this service is awful .
Would I buy online from R and T again, no !. I would go elsewhere.
