Item is faulty
Item is faulty. Contacted seller who promised to send a returns label later the same day and two days later (now Good Friday) still waiting.
The event for which I needed the item is fast approaching and it is looking like this item (speaker microphone) will be of no use to me.

Ordered on Friday morning arrived Monday before midday, charged and then in use by the evening.

The radio arrived fairly quickly considering the distance (UK to Australia). It is in good condition and operates as it should. All in all good value.

Easy to order and the radios were…
Easy to order and the radios were delivered quickly. I went with hytera radios and they do not disappoint. Working in high rise buildings and they work well. Highly recommend both the supplier and the radios.

Charged....then a 2 month delay !
Item ordered at the start of September. Payment taken, then informed there might be a delay! Item arrived start of November. Correct order but should have been advised of delay before payment taken or payment should not have been processed until dispatch.

Good product.
The product is everything I hoped for works fine with the radio and sound reduction is great Cristal clear. Feels very solid in construction. The delivery excellent infarct a bit surprised how quick I received it.

Radio trader are my go to for radios
Radio trader are my go to for radios. We have bought lots of the Ruggear devices and they have served as well. Swift responding to emails and have done same day despatch when needed. I have returned at least 4 or 5 times now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went to web site very competive and web chat was informative, orders over £100 free uk delivery, enter my post which is for Moray North East Scotland they now want £30 deliver, unbelievable, i don't know why companies believe they can charge extra i can send anywhere in the uk and i dont get charged extra for Cornwall
