The lady was super sweet
The lady was super sweet and was able to accommodate a last minute booking when a different booking site ended up canceling our reservation. Highly recommend using this location!

Luggage storage 👍🏻 but not locker system
A little difficult to find as not a locker system as expected but a restaurant
However the restaurant owner/staff were very helpful and accommodating. We used it both ends of our trip and would happily recommend to other travellers 👍🏻

Very easy and convenient service
Very easy and convenient service at Vienna! The shop was very close to metro. Just 3-5 min walk from the station. Easy with suitcase as well. Great price at this particular location that we chose. Just 2.5 euro per day compared to other locations. So we saved money on other things.

Too good to be true
Too good to be true. This service looked excellent- just what I needed. I booked a spot, expecting to be able to spend my day exploring Las Palmas de Gran Canaria before my flight home. To my disappointment, the business they sent me to ("Alimu") doesn't exist. The AI robot was no help (polite, but no help). The chat person took a few messages to understand the situation, but half an hour later, refunded my money immediately. I'm disappointed the service doesn't actually exist, but pleased at their resolution.

Location is great. Allowed us to check out of our hotel and spend our last day in Rome exploring before getting the train to Fiumcino airport. Felt our luggage was safe, they're stored in a hotel lobby with a manned desk.
