Customer support not very helpful and relies on support provided by 3rd party distributers. Recently gifted a new Hextio air purifier which appears to have little air flow and is very noisy at normal automatic 20% setting to the point of being unusable. The noise is apparently 'normal'.

Ordered 2 basic hextio units directly from Radic8 as they were sold out on other sites, on Tuesday, they told me supplies had just landed, ( they’re actually flying them in to satisfy demand due to covid virus). Received them on Thursday morning by courier. I’ve rarely encountered such super friendly and efficient service. Absolutely blown away. Now to the units. Plugged one in, switched on and it started working. It took around 2 hours to clean the air in the room, the indicator light changing from red to blue. The noise is slightly noticeable with no ambient background noises, I’ll try it in the bedroom later in sleep mode where the fan runs at 10%. The air actually smells differently now. Only had them for one day but I’m so impressed that such a small unit can make such a difference. I had an Airfree unit previously which appeared to work adequately, however the construction seemed flimsy in comparison. When the casing fell apart I found the company wouldn’t supply spares and were extraordinarily unhelpful. The contrast in attitude is massive. Certainly would 100% recommend Radic8. Would certainly not recommend Airfree for service.

Bought the Hextio for my girlfriend for Christmas.
She's absolutely delighted with it (and me). She tells me she wakes up without congestion and a sorethroat now.

I've also used we are probiotic for household cleaning which is great because im not accidentally exposing my skin and lungs to harsh chemicals and it's eco friendly (bottles are cool
too).

Not to mention great customer service. I missed my delivery 3 times and they kept helping me send it to the new address :) until i finally received the product not to mention spending a huge anount of time answering any questions!

I chose to pre order an INBair O2 on Indiegogo after trialling it at a conference. I didn’t know what it was, so I didn’t have any expectations, but after using it for around 20 minutes I realised I felt really good! I felt more awake and alert and over all just more energetic. I’d been planning to get a coffee, but I didn’t feel like I needed it anymore. I knew I’d be so much more productive at work if I had one of these, so I just had to get one! Looking forward to its arrival, might just get me a promotion ;)
