okay

radian products are usually good, or so I heard, I purchased a charging handle and its been 2 months now, I called customer service, I contacted them thru their website, sent emails, even called sales, nothing.

about a month later I received a short email reply saying your order will be shipped in one week, its been 4 weeks ever since and still nothing.

products might be ok if you get them but service is garbage.

EDIT:

updated my review from 1 to 4 stars.

I love the products and the company, service was crap and was tempted between 3 or 4 stars, 3 is more like it but it could be that my next purchase is smooth and it's USA company that makes awesome products so I gave it 4 stars.
