A fraudulent charge appeared on my bank…
A fraudulent charge appeared on my bank account with radiant credit union this morning. I tried to contact CSPAY.ORG to no avail tried to call and tried to chat nothing didn't even get someone to call me back
I went to the bank to report the fraud and all they did was give me a print out of the charges and a flyer telling me to call and report it so I called the clerk kept asking me about a number ending in 46 I've never had that number and refused to take my report I gave up this bank is worthless a do nothing bank the two charges were 18.69$ today and the other on the 15 of April for 1.00 both costing me 40$ over draft charges each
My advise is to stay away from this bank they are worthless and deceptive plain out and out right lies the call center is rude and unprofessional helpful
I reported it to the sheriff office and was told it's felony bank fraud false use of a debit card and the bank does nothing
