Healthcare organisations need to be able to evidence (quite rightly) so much to regulators, clients and families. Paper just won't suffice any more for reports. Clinical staff also need evidence for revalidation. Radar covers it all. As with all software its a challenge to start with but not for long. Its fairly straightforward and does fantastic reports. The tech team are excellent as answering queries and helping you through the early days and further down the line.
The report writing is a little complex to do on your own but this is being addressed. Having said that the support team hold your hand. The software is also really flexible in that you can add variations to the modules to fit with your business. Unlike a lot of other software I've used.
I will definitely recommend Radar Software to anyone, they have a fantastic product that works and such fabulous and helpful staff both within development and support. Great people to business with.
