Support is absolutely amazing and helpful. I really love the support that they provide here. They are all very nice and helpful.

My first time using a game server. They could do a better job of explaining how it works. Once I figured it out, it worked pretty good.

There was a small learning curve on how to get the server setup how I wanted, but Rackservice has been great so far. Reasonably priced and I have not had any issues in the sessions I've run. Wouldn't have a problem recommending them to friends.

Very nice service but a little bit slow in giving me the server following my payment (it took more than 24hrs to have my server).

The service here is manual, so you will have to wait up to 24 hours. But that was not an issue for me.
I wasn't receiving any emails after registration. Staff helped me - turned out my gmail limit was reached, so it was problem on my end.

The service works great, and it's easy to set up a server. Just change the track and race rules in text file right on your rackservice websites personal profile.

Good price for an ACC server.

Ordered an Assetto corsa Competizione server. Had it up by the next morning. Its been running good ever since. Easy to set up. Very very pleased so far. Was very impressed by how quickly it was up and running, especially during the pandemic.

I'll be honest and say I am now considering a dedicated server to run a few other game servers.

I contacted their costumer service 3 times (because I had questions, not because there was something not working). And all 3 times, within 15 minutes my question had been completely answered.

Their prices are competitive and their servers work really well. But what sets them appart is their amazing costumer service.

nice service, but i use it since few days so i can't have too much informations about it. i just had a small problem, a serveur was stopped. but with the manager intertface, it was restarted in few seconds.
interface is clear and simple, and it's esay to edit your files on your server.
i recommand this service :)

I initially had a problem to get the server to work for me with my game. The folks at Rack Service worked non-stop with me on a holiday weekend no les,s to get the problem completely resolved to my total satisfaction. That's what I call customer service! I would highly recommend them to meet your gaming server needs.

Super quick setup, everything in place, Assetto Corsa Competitzione Game Server running correctly with zero latency including 28 players, super Easy control panel to use for server control, would recommend!

Not only the actual Gameserver is always working with a low ping, but the help with the setup and explanation of it and customer service in general is of a very high kind. Thanks RackService!
