At first, I was honestly unsure and a bit confused, as I had been looking at several different racking suppliers. In the end, I decided to visit Racking Experts, and I’m really glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The warehouse was extremely well organised, and the gentleman I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They had a great range of both new and used shelving, all in excellent condition. After seeing the quality in person, I decided to go with the new option.

I also have to say this was very much my fault, I left the job until the last minute. It was a large order for our warehouse, and I only gave them two days for delivery. Despite this, they went above and beyond and managed to deliver the very next day, even earlier than the agreed date.

Fantastic service, great quality products, and a team that genuinely cares about helping their customers. I would definitely recommend visiting them if you’re confused or unsure about anything, seeing it in person really makes the difference.

I came across the racking experts by chance really and I am so glad I found them.
I was planning a workshop and initially was trying to plan the area myself.
After speaking to Hussain, he was able to tell me exactly what would fit and the options to customise end pieces , to make a bench.
Everything was planned and the price was really reasonable.

The aftercare support has also been great allowing me to exchange some lengths when I changed the layout.

The company and Hussains customer service easily makes this a a top scoring business.

Fantastic company and trust worthy

Ordered some cantilever racking, left a deposit as delivery was a few months later. Couldnt take it, but was promised a refund when i orginally bought it, and they are true to their work. You can trust them, and they are really helpful as well. Very good expereince overall
