A very stylish and solid clothing rack, custom-made according to my own design. The entire process was smooth and surprisingly fast — both placing the order and the delivery. Fantastic service when my order got lost
I was moving and when my order came in it arrived at a neighbour in my old appartment building. I wasnt aware of that so i reached out to rack buddys and they helped
Me find my order in no time. Such an awesome service.
Also the racks are perfect for hanging my clothes - i will definity but more

Returns expenses to be factored in
Ordered a wallmounted rack, but unfortunately realized only after my purchase that the wall might not hold the weight of it all.
I tehrefore decided to return the rack and order one that would be both attached to the wall and leaning on the floor so to distribute the weight and be sure not to compromise the wall.
Unfortunately the return process proves to be very challenging and expensive.
I would reccomend to be a 100 percent sure of your purchase before going through with it.

Nice wardrobe system. The quality is good. Heavy parts. We had the black edition and experienced some small scratches and the colour not covering all the parts. But we are satisfied and can recommend the system.

The customer service is fantastic
The customer service is fantastic! Patricia is very kind and highly responsive. We wanted a customised solution for our very small but very high walk-in closet and Patricia was very helpful with planning. Our shelves have not yet been delivered as they need to be customised as well but already now, the result looks stunning. The quality is the material is great and instructions for the construction were clear and easy to follow. We are so very happy to have chosen RackBuddy, thank you so much!

Patricia is a super responsive consultant. So responsive that I got motivated to extend my wardrobe and had 3 purchases in total.
The team behind her is also fantastic with the response in every means from manufacturing to deployment.
The quality of the products are overall 9/10
1 is missing for now as I don’t know the quality over long term use.
Highly recommended products and customer service with guaranteed satisfaction.

As discussed per mail, your rack was sent in two parcels to make sure the shelf does not get damaged during transit and we can see both parcels were delivered.
We are really sorry to hear that your workers disposed one of your parcels without informing you and this lead the shelf going missing.
Luckily our Marlow works with any type of shelf, so you do have the option to replace the lost shelf with a different one. :)
If you do not want to keep your rack, we would kindly ask you to contact us again, so we can find a solution together.
