Ordered two leather jackets on 12-16-21 because their website “promised “ shipping and delivery before Christmas, that did not even come close its now jan 3 2022 they sent a email saying it was shipped with a tracking number the tracking only says a label was created it has not shipped and several emails have gone unanswered shop someplace else save yourself the frustration customer service non existent
