Once again crap service
Once again crap service. No answer to questions when put in via the protocol, they just cancel the ticket. I don’t even know if it’s a real device. I ordered the wrong one for my van and they have never answered and requests. That’s a rip off or a major faux pas. Either way very disappointing. No phone number no email. Just a page and a bot. Never again. If they respond to me I’ll correct my experience but to now it’s one star. They don’t seem to care about service so why offer a returns service and no bother to honour the service. It’s up to them. This is very very uncool. So racingbox, what are you actually going to do. ##3772## you have my details and order number.

WARNING SCAMMER
WARNING! SCAMMER!!
I ordered a chipbox to my car. But made wrong order. I canceled the order 5 min later, when I realized it. And wanted to switch to the right car.
No answer from RB.
12 days later the box arrived. And in the terms it says that I can send it back and have refund within 10 days.
After about 30 calls and 10 different mail and other complains. NO ANSWER!
The only answer i get on on all my mails is ”Your case is closed”.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FRON RACINGBOX!!!
