Bought a wristband gold plated september 2025.
In may 2026 there is not much left of the gold plating. Mailed Rachel, but they say they wont repair for free or change the product. Bad quality and bad customer service:(
The vermeil ring I ordered lasted A few months before the gold came off to reveal a silver colour, despite only wearing the ring at weekends and for a limited time each wear. This is not my experience with other brands.
I paid a lot for the ring and it was a waste of money for a very poor quality vermeil ring.
Always check the actual measurements. Model images are very deceptive.
