Thank you Laura for my gorgeous eyebrows!

This was my first time getting nano brows glammed up by Laura. Having had my brows microbladed elsewhere before, I am thoroughly impressed with Laura’s skillset, professionalism, friendliness, and the outcome! She mapped out a different shape for my brows than I had before and asked if I liked it (I did), she chose the perfect colour, and away she went, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Nothing was a surprise, well except for how pleased I was when her work was done. Thank you Laura, you truly are excellent at what you do!

BEWARE Paid £25 deposit for a 15min…

BEWARE Paid £25 deposit for a 15min consultation.
Gave FIVE days notice to cancel but they would not refund me despite telling me I didn't need to have paid a deposit anyway for a consultation!!!!????
Very uncaring and unsympathetic.

Booking fees are non refundable. It states this to every client before they book.
We genuinely want to provide a great service, which is why we offered you an alternative or a voucher.

We always encourage clients to read through our Terms & Conditions when booking an appointment, as they help ensure that bookings are made with full commitment.

We also offer the option for a free online consultation via photo submission, which is designed to help clients make informed decisions before booking. Our terms and conditions are there to help avoid any misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process for everyone.

Chloe was amazing!she talked me through the whole process and was really kind throughout. I loved the end result and am so glad she took care of me for my first time getting lip fillers. Amazing service ladies xx
