Absent customer service team, never received order or refund

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I have neither received nor been able to come in contact with customer service regarding an order placed back in November. I have attempted contact via email, the customer service page, and social media with 0 reply. At this time, I have neither received a refund nor a replacement order. I was previously so excited to try this brand, now I couldn’t be more disappointed by their handling of this situation. Will not be recommending to anyone.
