Hard to find live chat
They claim to have live chat, but the button is buried deep in the help section, not obvious at all. I spent ages clicking FAQ before I noticed it. Almost like they don’t really want you to contact them.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I know they show theoretical RTP numbers but in practice it felt extremely tight. So many dead spins in a row on different games. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but I stopped before depositing more.
Won a bit more than I expected (still not huge) and then saw I can only withdraw some small amount per day because of my “level”. Everything else stays locked. That killed any excitement I had.
Most of the games are from smaller studios I’ve never heard of and they just don’t feel polished. Clunky animations, weird sounds, nothing exciting. I’d rather play fewer but better-known titles.
If you don’t reply in a couple of minutes, the chat session closes and you have to start over. When you’re checking documents or screenshots, that’s super annoying.
Came back after a few months break and my account was locked. Support just said “security reasons, decision is final”. I had a tiny balance left. They didn’t even explain what happened.
My partner and I signed up around the same time and got completely different bonus offers with no clear reason. Annoying when you feel like you drew the short straw for nothing.
Just getting from homepage to game list feels like waiting in line. Thumbnails take ages to load, filters lag. Kills the spontaneous fun of just jumping into a slot for a few spins.
Several times I tried to play and got kicked out because of “scheduled maintenance” on certain games. Schedule it properly or warn in advance, don’t just boot people mid-spin.
