They claim to have live chat, but the button is buried deep in the help section, not obvious at all. I spent ages clicking FAQ before I noticed it. Almost like they don’t really want you to contact them.
I know they show theoretical RTP numbers but in practice it felt extremely tight. So many dead spins in a row on different games. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but I stopped before depositing more.
Won a bit more than I expected (still not huge) and then saw I can only withdraw some small amount per day because of my “level”. Everything else stays locked. That killed any excitement I had.
