I've been working with Ralph at R88 Media for just over a year and I can't fault them in any way! The level of customer service is amazing, requests are usually picked up and actioned within an hour or two - other web dev companies I've worked with often leave you guessing for days or even weeks as to whether anything is being done. All updates and changes to the website are done to the highest standard possible and there is more scope for development of the website going forward, once we are ready as a business. I wouldn't hesitate to advise my company's directors to use R88 in the future development of our website as conversations with Ralph have assured me that they are very capable, highly-skilled, knowledgeable and professional with more to offer their clients (e.g. in site analysis/lead-generation) than most other web development companies. Highly recommended!

Wow, what can I say about R88?

I’ve been working with them for about 7 years now and they’ve designed two beautiful websites for my businesses.

From day one they took on-board all my requests, fine-adjustments and other design related ideas and they got the branding style and vibe bang-on right away. They were always at the end of the phone and their transparency around pricing and expectations has been really useful. Any price increases, annual subscription renewals etc have always been transparent and justified and they have a good sense of harmonising their own profit-line against my profit-line & affordability.

Their professional websites and their empathetic, honest services have single-handedly had the biggest impact on my business. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done since we made the decision to put our trust in them. If you do the same, you won’t regret it!!
