I am an active news-based trader, and on 16 July 2025, I placed a time-sensitive trade on EUR/USD during the PPI news release.

I clicked the trade at 17:29:55, but it was only executed at 17:30:04 — a full 09-second delay during a volatile market event. This completely changed my entry point and resulted in losing my entire capital.

I contacted Quotex support with a full explanation, including the exact timestamp and market context, but received only template replies blaming internet connection and demanding a video file — which is impractical during real-time news trades.

As a trader, I expect transparency and technical accountability. Instead, I experienced no investigation, no admission, and zero compensation despite providing clear proof.

If you are a serious trader or rely on precise execution during market news, you should be extremely cautious before using this platform.

Very disappointed with this handling.

Quotex has now officially refused to investigate my complaint just because I posted public reviews about the issue.

Their exact words were: “Since you already posted public complaints - there is no point in any investigation from our side.”

This proves they are not interested in fairness, transparency, or resolving real platform issues. They blocked my account after I exposed a delayed-entry problem during the PPI news trade on July 16th, which caused me to lose my full capital.

I followed all procedures, reported respectfully, and asked for clarification. Instead, they shut me out.

This company does not protect traders — they silence them.
