Bag looks nice and is also functional. Unfortunately, the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired for the price. Warranty cases do not seem to interest the customer service, at least we have not received a reply to our many e-mails for months.

Great concept of using and inventing responsible materials - but that's where the positive experience with Qwstion ends. It's a Swiss company and they certainly charge Swiss prices. Unfortunately, customer service and shopping experience does not match the price tags.
While their designs are clean and kind of practical (also minimal), the quality is ultimately underwhelming given the prices. For example, I would expect absolutely perfect sewing in a bag that costs over $300. I got two bags that were sewn just about "ok", with zippers that kept snagging. Customer service did not grace me with responses to my enquiries.
Will look for other sustainable companies to support, with Qwstion I feel like I'm wasting money.
