It get's worse! Qwantify stole my $47K 3 years ago and had me set up a Facebook business page. Now I can't set up a new page or advertise because FB restricted their page and I am unable to delete it. They totally screwed me over. I thought I was done with them, of course they stopped taking my calls and communicating when I wanted out of their scam. They would not give me my money back and offered to sell my business for me. What business? A crappy website that never brought in one sale. I thought they were in my rear view mirror and now this. Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting these horrible people.

ITS A SCAM THEY STOLE ALL MY MONEY

Hi everyone. I have had very similar experiences on Qwantify. They are plain and simple a scam and take your money and do not honor their guarantee. I saw someone say its not worth a lawsuit but curios if we all came together to file a class action suit if there would be interest. I have a few names in mind to get us started and get some preliminary responses. I entered an agreement with Qwantify in June of 2020. They did not live up to any meaningful deliverables which would ever amount to any amount of revenue for me as a client. They came up with a niche for me and then stated they were going to switch to another niche in 2021 (Print on demand). I remained patient and did everything that was asked of me. When they launched the site, they said the first couple of months could be slow. There were no sales, during the first could months or after. I showed the site to family and friends and could not find anyone that could find interest in the product offerings. I shared this feedback with Qwantify but they remained content to stay with the niche. Enough was enough. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Qwantify would have been just fine with my throwing away money each month to them and to advertising, but I had it. Keith Lynch, their CEO would not respond to me or schedule a call to discuss. I believe they are either incompetent or crooks.

My story is similar to those of many others who have posted here. I purchased two sites from Qwantify over a year ago and it resulted in a total loss of my investment. I have retained a lawyer to try to recover my losses.

Interestingly, their website currently says "Qwantify is not currently accepting new clients. We are exclusively focused on building our existing clients' businesses."

However, many of Qwantify's principal characters (including the CEO and his wife, the Sales lead, Project Managers, and others) are featured on at least two other live sites making a remarkably similar pitch.

Draw your own conclusions, but my strong recommendation is to avoid doing business with Qwantify.

Bottom Line Up Front: Do not give Qwantify any of your money

-- The CEO agreed via email to a settlement in early December 2021; yet, he has not followed through (it is now the end of January 2022)

This is my second review of Qwantify. I first posted a review in the summer of 2020. I was immediately contacted by Qwantify to see how we could work things out. I agreed to their proposal and in return, they asked me to take down the review. I agreed to take down the review because I thought Qwantify was going to follow through and together we were going to make progress. Unfortunately, that did not happen.

I wanted this partnership to work out. I believed it could have been a good thing. However, after the last 29 months, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND Qwantify as a company to work with. Once they get you into their system, you are left without reliable communication and/or support to get a profitable business running.

Why listen to me?

Am I just a gullible idiot?
No, my qualifications are solid. I am a civil engineer and have built hundreds of buildings worth hundreds of millions of dollars all over the world with the military. I am trained in lean six sigma (i.e. process improvement). I earned my PMP certification (Project Management Professional). I have started several other businesses, all succeeding.

Why did I sign with Qwantify?
Because I wanted to learn something new with a partner who is knowledgeable in online retail and online marketing. I was going to build the store and then bring in my kids to learn and manage the store.

I will only speak as to the details (facts) of what I went through. You will then need to make up your own mind as to what you should do.

It is a scam. Don't sign up. They will tell you that all the people who are writing bad reviews were non responsive customers. But what really happens is that they drag out the process for so long, those "customers" simply give up and realize the whole thing is a loss. It's too difficult to file suit because the dollar amounts don't add up to enough to make it worth it once you deduct lawyer fees, stress, etc. Just don't waste your time.

Update 3/19/22: They still owe me a refund of contractually reimbursable expenses which I do not expect to receive - and yes, I have submitted all receipts through bill.com as qwantify requested. Again... do not sign up... do not consider it... just say no. They will take your money and not provide the agreed upon service.

We invested 47K with Qwantify at the end of 2019. We signed up for the "done for you" program, where they promised to build, manage, and market our e-commerce site until it reached 10K/month in sales.

Qwantify told us to expect our site by February 2020, but our e-commerce website wasn't created and up and running until August 2020. Our first sale was on August 15, 2020.

Our experience has been horrible and frustrating on so many levels. We've been ignored, misled, lied to, and bounced from one "account manager" to another.

This year, we've been forced into paying for advertising ourselves with promises and assurances that we would be reimbursed regularly, but we haven't been refunded for ads since June of 2021.

Our e-commerce site has had a total of 27 sales since August 15, 2020, and 2 of those sales had to be refunded due to customer complaints. In 2020, our site made $774 minus $261 in fees for a total of $513. In 2021, our site has earned $303 minus $290 in fees for a total of $13. These figures do not account for the hundreds of dollars in advertising that we've spent this year without reimbursement.

Qwantify overpromises and doesn't just underdeliver; they take your money and run away with it, leaving you with a problem website that will not only NOT make 10K/month but will likely cost you more than you will ever make from it. That's what they have done with us.

Qwantify has been worse than an investment; it has been a money pit. Do NOT invest with Qwantify.

I joined their DFY program about 15 months ago. Just before Covid.... And the first 6 months were pretty rough because of it. I was worried.

But despite all the challenges we went through, the team never gave up.

Slowly, we began having our first couple sales. By the end of our year partnership my store was making around 8k/month.

However, they kept working for me really hard to take my store to 10k, as they had guaranteed in our service agreement.

Thankfully all the challenges are now behind us and finally we’ve had our 10k/month breakthrough! skyrocketing to 12k.

Thank You Qwantify Team. For your unwavering support, commitment and hard work. I finally have the financial freedom I was looking for.

Who ever is reading this just know one thing... This company is something I was looking for a long time. I didn't know anything about e-commerce and now I am running 2 stores simultaniously for a living thanks to Qwantify. Grateful for all the guidance, coaching and push that changed my life.

The only thing I can say for qwantify team is THOSE GUYS ARE DOPE ! they really know their stuff... like seriously! Even I have been lazy sometimes the commitment the team had towards me and my success is put of this world. Always professional and always worthy. First time in my life I started to understood what it means real partnership and mentorship. My store is in 11th month and for march so far I have generated $10.875 usd. So excites for the next month.

This company is horrible and doesn’t care about you once they get your money. They squandered my $47,000 investment, plus another $5000 plus in time and money. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

Wanted to take advantage of fitness sectorat the beginning of COVID. Sure I took a more hands on approach to my business than was expected of me but I've now gained a bustling small business. I'm nearing $7k a month. I find advertising my business is fascinating to experiment with!

Challenging times but staying positive.

With covid and Facebook issues things have been very slow but in between the all this the site made money and doing well. This gives me hope that this does work but And will work.. team have been great and times I have been frustrated but also see the light at the end of tunnel.

The most experience I've had in business is Amway. Ecommerce is like that only on steroids, and I felt unprepared. But my project manager kept me on track even with my slight panic attacks! This is not a cookie cutter system that is predictable from day one and thats kinda scary. Months down the road and I'm getting a stable income and I can see how to grow my business beyond my initial expectations

Been with these guys for 3/4 months now and i must say having a great experience so far. A bit of communication improvements needed but overall I'm very happy.

So been with quantify for a long time. 16 months to be precise. Not been easy but the team have always been great. We had our disagreements for sure haha but I would say trust the process. These guys are the experts they know what there doing. Taken longer they what I expected but right now with my job part time and all this covid crap I’ll take it. Thank you guys you have saved me and family in ways I can’t explain.

I’m into a phase 3 of a 5 phase program to get to the guaranteed results offered by Quantify.
So far my experience has been very positive, as they have been nothing but professional and very much concerned and involved in the progress of my sites,
always following up and keeping me informed and “in the loop” as we move forward towards our mutual goal.
They are very much committed to the success of its members and are very knowledgeable in what they do.
They’ve introduced different niches that they’ve researched and know will generate the desired result income because of their expertise in the field.
So far I’m very impressed and confident in the desired results as offered by Quantify by their guaranteed offer.

I will not lie I put all I had into this so me my family will always have income no matter what happened to mine and hubby job.
Husband didn’t want me to do investment but I thought it looked to good to turn down.
The start was not very silent even thought I wasn’t going to hear from my account manager and it was worrying. Now I can say last month we had 986 in sales and this month it’s gone to 1679... may seem like small numbers but I see progression so I’m thankful for the Qwantify team who were very quiet at start but have been amazing to work with. Thank you all.

Finally seeing my return on investment and feeling great.
Won’t lie I did get nervous at start as communication wasn’t great but last few months after Covid things have got better and will hopefully continue. I did change project managers as I wasn’t happy but we resolved that issue.
