While it does improvement on your skin

While it does improvement on your skin, the battery performance has deteriorated significantly. Even after charging the device for approximately two hours (or until it appears to be fully charged), the battery runs flat almost immediately when I try to use it. This makes the device unusable.

I only have the device for 1.5years.

Super efficient customer service

Having made a massive error in my ordering I posted a message in the Qure WhatsApp customer service group. Within minutes Abby replied to my questions, she removed the product that I had ordered in error from my subscription, advised me how I could make a return of the product, as it had already been despatched, and adjusted my future subscription, getting me the best possible price. It took a while because it was complicated, but she explored every avenue available and gave me lots of choices. I felt that I was being a pest, but she persevered and got everything sorted for me. The only problem was that when my package arrived it was missing one product, but I’ve already been assured that this is being shipped separately. Thanks for a remarkable experience Abby.

Only got half of my order after I paid…

Only got half of my order after I paid over $500! The rest of my order was on “backorder” and was going to ship with the next shipment. Two months later, and still no product. Customer service was responsive the first time I reached out and ensured me my products would ship. Have been trying to get ahold of them again for the past month again with no luck. Starting to feel like a scam!!

Very sticky solution

I’m have just started using the micro needle infusion. It’s pretty easy to set up and use. It’s not as painful as I expected. The problem is the solution is. it very oily and sticky and does not absorb into the skin well, even overnight. I would question the reasoning and potential risk to skin punctured by the needle, upon which a sticky and oily residue sits that attracts hair and dust in the air?!!! This is not how the product is represented in the numerous adverts and it is very disappointing and misleading. Time will tell if it makes any difference but on first use I am really not too impressed. A lot of money for an ill thought out solution.

Regarding the texture of the Wrinkles Serum — the tackiness you are experiencing is a known characteristic of Copper Tripeptide, one of the key active ingredients, and is completely normal. It does settle over time, and we would recommend applying the treatment a couple of hours before bed rather than immediately before sleep to allow for better absorption.

Serum leaked. Customer service didnt care.

I ordered this. The serum showed up leaking. I was IMing with a customer service person. They were inpatient. CLOSED THE COMMUNICATION. Shoddy. Showed up with multiple leaks.

You Can't go wrong with Qure Products!

Excellent Customer service! I have only encountered 1 problem and it was immediately taken care of! I Love Love Qure! I just did my 6th bottle of Qure's anti wrinkle serum! My friends (who didn't know i was using Qure) gave me a lot of compliments on my face and Neck) then they asked me what am I using for skin care? I said it's Qure micro needling! Both of them said omg that's expensive! I laughed a little and said No it's not and you get to do it in the comfort of your own home!😃 it's under 200.00 for a 3 months supply you can buy a 6 month supply you can also mix your serum 1 for anti aging another one for dark spots uneven skin ect! Then use their Led face mask and the free Led neck mask when you buy the face mask it's a win win all the way around! So I showed them my box that my micro needling came in and they both read the Pamphlet! Then i showed them my face and neck mask and of course they had to try it out! 😉 Like I said it's A WIN WIN!!! Now Qure has acquired 2 more customers! In late August i will be turning 65 and I can't wait I also have a family wedding in November!! Thank you Qure Your the Best!!

Qure Customer Support team was excellent

I really like the Customer Support team from Qure and the services they provide. Especially Hydee who helped me with my order where it was me who made a mistake in my order. She quickly resolved my issue. I am happy with Qure and will continue to buy from them.

I have been loving my micro needling…

I have been loving my micro needling experience with Qure. The packaging is beautiful and I really like the ease of the micro needling kits. I recently also tried the under eye and smile line items, and I like those as well. At this point I have re-ordered my micro needling kit for another six months. When I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and resolve my issue.

Great Customer Service

I ordered the product and tried it once. I realized that it just wasn't for me. I emailed and tecieved a response in a timely manner. In addition, I was not pressured to keep the product. I was emailed a shipping label and instructions. It did not cost me any thing to return it.

Ordered a system months ago and lost…

Ordered a system months ago and lost the applicator. Was able to chat online and with Jerald, and even though they have gone away from that system. They had a few applicators left in stock and he sent me one out and no charge so I can finish using the product that I ordered. I was seeing results when I used it and am excited to begin it again. Great customer service.

Customer Service is Top Notch

I had a great experience with Jerald from customer service. He was incredibly helpful and understanding regarding the issues with my order. He responded quickly, explained my options, and worked with me to find a resolution. His professionalism and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.

Thanks to Jerald's excellent customer service, I have a much more positive impression of Qure and feel confident purchasing from them again. It's always refreshing to buy from a company who genuinely cares about helping customers.

Great customer service

Customer service to submit a return for refund was outstanding 5/5. Cian was extremely quick and thorough in handling my request and getting my refund approved. When I first purchased my order the processing and shipping turnaround time was a bit longer than expected but overall happy with my experience especially the customer service.

The product I have is the led mask, I have bought other brands but never fitted right n uncomfortable but this is the bomb
