SCAM under the name of ISLAM

I had encountered a similar experience just as others have commented here their experience. Just a week ago, I intended to purchase their Ramadan Planner priced at $4.79, but the transaction didn't complete instantly, and proceeded to two other pages to list their products which was 1) Deen & Dunya Journal and 2) Super charge your Iman, which I didn't intend to purchase, and there was a link at the bottom of the page after a page full of texts briefing their product on each page that says something like "No thanks, proceed with my purchase", but it also has another big green color button that says "Yes, complete my order", which if you click immediately completes the transaction for the product listed on that page without even asking for a confirmation from the customer, which in my view very unethical to use Islam as brand and lure your money by confusing their customer with such navigations. I did manage to skip one page, but I mistakenly clicked on "Yes, complete" on the second product, and that deducted for both products. I don't understand how they could complete a transaction without even confirming from their customer. I would say this is purely unethical to steal their customer's money when they don't intend to purchase something from them.

I tried reaching out to them from their transaction email and someone named "Hasnain" responded back asking if I want five of their products for FREE instead of asking for a refund (that includes two of the products that I was charged for, wait, I paid already for those and why giving me for FREE?), but I replied asking for a refund, and again got another response saying if the product was discounted they can't refund anything and I should show a screen recording within 30 days stating that I went through their product, but it still didn't help me achieve my goal, and only then they will process a refund (if at all they convinced). After this email I have sent multiple follow-ups asking for refund, but I have not got any response from them.

This really shows that they are running a SCAM with these digital products by having ISLAM as their cover. I can't deny what they're providing as their products don't give any value to the Muslim community, but they shouldn't confuse their customer to lure their money for what they don't intend to purchase.

If they continue to do this then, I don't think that these money will be HALAL for them. One more thing that I wanted to highlight here is that I'm not even sure if all these are their own genuine work because, I only remembered that I had already purchased one of their products earlier for $4.79 and that contains ETERNAH's Quranic Du'a book, which is purely stealing other's work and not ethical at all.

I was scammed and deceived

I was scammed and deceived. Disgusting that they are using islam to rob people of their money! I bought the 4.79$ hifz course and had around 50$ taken from my account for another course , supercharge your iman which I did not intend to purchase!
On top of that I am not able to send an email as none of my emails go through to the email address provided

I think the tactics they use to encourage purchase of their more expensive courses are completely unethical as you already give your payment details before seeing exactly which course you ended up adding to your basket through the proc3ss of ' not yet buy this limited time only proce' sales tactics.

SCAM

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I bought an online course for 4.79$. They said they have 30 days money back guarantee. After the payment when i went to next page, it was said “wait! Your order is not complete yet” and under that they wrote more than 100 lines. There was a button named “Yes Complete my order” at the down of the page. When i click the button 67$ was charged without my confirmation and the next page is also like that. When I asked for the refund they said that I need to send them the screen recording of reading their books and prove that i did not get my desired results. If I get the books with discounted price, then I am not eligible for the refund. Every pdf's they are selling with discounted price. But they did not write any where that discounted products are not for money back. It is fully a scam. Please be ware of this website.
