Bad customer service and serious quality issues. (Quran headphones).

My kids got a pair of headphones each as a gift and after many delivery issues and some terrible customer service (this was on th phone, seems like the person had no manners) they finally got to use them yesterday. They do love it but the for £49.99 the quality isn’t there.

Yes I understand it’s a Chinese rebadge but you should do some QC before hand. The stickers has bubbles and the black faux leather is already peeling.

Brothers, please check the quality before you send out and get some customer service training.

I have been really impressed with Quran Cube over the years. It has gone from a single product which only plays Quran to so many innovative products that can benefit small babies to children to adults.
The products are easy to use and customer service is always fast and reliable.

My family and I have had the pleasure of using many Quran Cube products over the years. Starting off strong with the original Quran Cube, then the Quran pillow, the Children’s toy and then the Alphabet pad. My son learnt the Arabic alphabet even before he learnt the English alphabet thanks to this. He used the pillow every night, providing both comfort and prayers. I have also gifted these products to others who have equally loved and enjoyed them.

I have all their products! Quran cube is an amazing invention, it really instills the zikr of allah in my home, with my kids praying in the background whenever they know the ayaat that Quran cube plays… they’re even starting to recognise different reciters and having preferences which reciter they want to listen to. It’s beautiful to see them engage with the Quran in such a transformative way. My little one love the Quran pillow, every night she listens to surahs before bed and drifts to sleep listening to the beautiful words of allah swt. It soothes her, makes her feel safe and relaxed. During the day she’ll play with the Quran cube star toy and mini pillow, singing ‘Allahu Allahu’ alongside it. I Also have the Quran cube USB, and every morning when it’s school drop offs we all recite together. We pray the travelling dua, ayatul kursi and the 3 quls. Then we move onto Surah baqarah. They enjoy listenign to shaykh dossary (imam from Makkah) and qari ziyaad patel too! Lovely to see the positive effects it has on children, and on us too. All their products are definitely worth every penny. الحمد لله

Although quran recitations are available on your phones/ipads via youtube and various and quran apps, i like the idea of a dedicated device that just does one thing without additional complications and works offline. It can be operated by my elderly aunty, which is great.
