I am sharing my real and documented experience with QUOTEX to warn the public and request a fair resolution.

My name is Basiru Lawali (ID: 68074064).

💰 ACCOUNT BALANCE & FUNDS ISSUE

I was actively trading on Quotex and had a total balance of $4,904.10 in my account (supported by screenshots).

On October 8, my email account linked to Quotex was compromised. I immediately contacted Quotex via live chat to:

Report the email security issue

Request protection of my funds

Request that my funds be safely returned from the stored wallet due to the email problem

⚠️ I DID NOT REQUEST A WITHDRAWAL AT THAT TIME.
My request was strictly related to account security and fund protection.

Despite notifying Quotex promptly and following all instructions:

On November 10, Quotex released only $94

The remaining $4,810.10 is still being withheld

No clear legal explanation has been provided

💬 COMMUNICATION & DELAYS

My conversations with Quotex Support show repeated delays and unclear responses. I was told that processing could take “up to 30 days,” yet even after this period, the issue remains unresolved.

I fully complied with all requirements, including:

Full KYC verification (ID front & back, selfie)

Email and account verification

Following all instructions given by support

🚨 WARNING TO OTHER USERS

Based on my experience, users should be extremely cautious when large amounts are involved or when account security issues arise. Transparency and timely resolution are critical, and in my case, this standard has not been met.

I am respectfully requesting the immediate release of my remaining funds ($4,810.10) and a clear explanation for the prolonged delay.

I am writing this to warn everyone about the unprofessional and suspicious behavior of Quotex. My account, containing $1,091, was blocked without any prior warning. When I contacted them, they claimed my account was "hacked."
To resolve this, they forced me to provide extremely sensitive personal documents, including front/back of my ID, selfies with specific notes, video proofs, and even demanded my Binance username and password (which is a massive security risk). I provided every single document they asked for, hoping for a fair resolution.
The Ordeal:
After submitting documents, they disappeared for 12 days.
They suddenly asked for the exact same documents again. I complied and re-sent everything.
They then promised a refund within 30 days.
Those 30 days passed. No refund. No response.
When I followed up, they told me to "wait in queue."
It has now been 60 DAYS in total. My $1,091 is stuck—I cannot trade, I cannot withdraw, and they are refusing to refund my money. Their support takes 4-5 days minimum to give a generic reply.
This platform is holding my funds hostage despite me providing every possible proof of identity. I have video and screenshot evidence of this entire conversation and their broken promises. DO NOT TRUST QUOTEX WITH YOUR MONEY. They are experts at wasting time and ignoring legitimate claims.

Beware, this is a scam. They don't send profits, there's market manipulation, and they might close your account for the most trivial reasons. I don't recommend this broker. Stay away; don't trust them. They're frauds.

​This is a final notice regarding my missing deposit funds.
​Despite having full proof of a successful transaction (approx. $26.25), my funds have been neither credited nor refunded. Your company's actions strongly suggest a deliberate withholding of my money:
​Support Failure: My detailed email complaint has been ignored.
​Deceptive Behavior: I was immediately blocked when seeking help on your Telegram account.
​Neglect: Your support insists on "waiting" but refuses to take any action, even though the expected resolution time has clearly passed.
​I demand the immediate release of my funds to my account or an instant refund. You are currently treating a paying client's money with total negligence.
​If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to report this apparent scam to all relevant financial and consumer protection authorities, and publicly expose this issue on all major review platforms.

My account was suddenly blocked without any clear explanation.
I had a withdrawal request pending and money available in my balance.

The company claimed that I violated some rules but did not provide any proof or evidence, even after my formal request. After that, they replied saying the decision was final and they would not answer anymore.

They kept all my money without justification.
This behavior is abusive and irresponsible.

I’m currently reporting the case to consumer protection authorities.

I strongly recommend caution before depositing money on this platform.

The quotex platform has been a good trading app in my experience, and so far it has worked reliably for me".
