Got in touch with Quotatis about my painting requirement got phone call from Derek Thorpe gave me a quote a few days later. Started the job a week later painting and a repair job on floor tiling. Mr Thorpe was very polite and did the jobs in no time very tidy and replaces pictures etc back. I am very pleased with the work and could not ask for any more than what was done. I would recommend him and any further work I will require in the future I will get intouch with him. Thanks very much.

We run a landscape company in Wilmslow Cheshire our website has been taken down and replaced by a separate website run by Quotatis which are using are details to claim there own job leads. Very disappointed with this company and are now seeking advice. Do not use this company

Quotatis outsourced their marketing to a company who created a network of fraudulent websites across the UK that target the home improvements market. They use very underhand and legally dubious tactics to attract new customers.

I have a plastering business in South Wales, and Quotatis' agent changed the phone number and website on MY Google Business listing to their OWN number and website! Thereby directing customers who were looking for me, to them!!

And I have subsequently discovered that they are doing this to 100s of other tradesman across the UK. All of whom are willing to testify.

An extremely dishonourable way to run a business.

Fast service giving us plenty of options. Advice and calculators on the website gives you confidence of what costs to expect. I always insist on 3 quotes and always read the reviews.

I have a window company in Halifax, and have had a web site for over 25 years, I was warned by a customer when they type my company name into google it comes up with a form to fill in which goes directly to Quotatis, My we site has been taken down and no longer exists, instead potential customers are led to fictitious web site using all my details, and I dont know how long this has been going on all the advertising I pay for going to them crooks a total conn Beware of using these crooks

Beware. Check thoroughly the company you choose. I used a driveway company found through this site and unfortunately it is not a registered company and having just spent thousands of pounds are now in the process of finding another company to put it right. I asked them politely to come back and finish the job properly but no reply. I spoke with the local council and my only recourse is the small claims court.

Within minutes of requesting leaking flat roof quotes, Charlie from Prime Home Improvements called. Professional and an expert in this field. Sent photos of the damage, received an exceptionally reasonable quote and work completed the next day. Due to not being at home at the time, Charlie sent me photos of the damage, explained what needed to be done and materials that would be used. Photos also sent of the finished job along with a follow up call...I would recommend this company 100% for their honesty, knowledge, transparency, trust and amazing value for money.

Quotatis found me a local company called IPJ Building & Decorating Services to install Laminate flooring in my house. Quotatis sent me an email on 10 October 22 states “your laminate flooring project” and underneath that statement says “Your Professional” with the contact, and profile of IPJ. I had a call from the owner of IPJ, he was very polite, he came over to my house with his fitter, carried out the inspection, took measurements and they checked the packs of the Laminate flooring, underlay and the beadings that I bought. They sent me the quote and pictures of the jobs like mine that they have done before. I was happy to have them to do the work as they have been recommended to me by Quotatis, and they were very polite and sounded professional!

IPJ started the work on 25 Oct 22 for four days. They did not do the work correctly at all, they have damaged so many Laminated panels, 2 doors, beadings, and some of the skirting boards. I complained to Mr. Lee Locke (the owner of IPJ ) and sent him so many emails and messages, with many photos to show him the evidence, he apologised and said they will come back to put things right for me and my family, but they did not come back. This job is not their profession. They were practicing in my house. They cut so many Laminate panel’s tongues deliberately so they can join the panels easily without any consideration. Also, they glued some of the Laminate panels to each other, the owner of IPJ admitted that in his email and made an excuse about it and offered again to come back and rectify the defects, but they never showed up. We spent all our saving money £4260 including £1442 paid to Lee Locke of IPJ to replace the dirty old carpets we had to Laminate flooring because my wife health is deteriorating due to Cardiac arrest, she had this year. They left the house in a mess, full of green saw dust covering the furniture’s, walls, and windows. They used a Jigsaw and blunt saws cutting doors and expensive Laminate panels. I Complained to Quotatis, they told me that they are a third party and can not do anything for us and advise me to complain to Trading Standards. I have approached Trading Standards and Citizens advice Bureau; they advised me to sue them through small claims court.

Driveway resurfacing with tarmac/gravel in July 2022.
This company fails to provide the customer with any written
details about materials/work to be done/costs. The drive was not resurfaced to a satisfactory standard and the company does not respond to my attempts to contact them.
Besides letting me down, I feel that this company should not be recommended by yourselves as a professional to be trusted.
With no response from Aquatech I have approached Citizens Advice Bureau and will be taking their advice to pursue this matter further, either direct approach to Aquatech again or through Trading Standards/Small Claims.

Very professional, quick and friendly engineer. Installed a Combi system to time and price and solved other chronic central heating problems which had baffled other 'plumbers' for years. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
