The customer service is as good as the ring, nothing short of spectacular. They worked with my customizations, fast shipment and a new ring box all the way till the end without a hesitation. My husband bought the Eve ring for our 10 year wedding anniversary. I upgraded to the Aterna stone.
My original engagement ring is a Canadian diamond. However, the Aterna stone blows the diamond away! It looks flawless and is full of sparkle.

This was a wonderful experience. I spoke to Sam several times and he/ she was always prompt and answered my questions in detail. I chose to communicate via email but that didn’t matter, nothing was lost by not communicating face to face. I picked my ring up at a designated location instead of having it mailed. When I arrived the package was ready and there was no problem with the transaction. The ring looked just like the picture, it’s absolutely beautiful and I feel much better owning an ethically produced diamond. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely pleased. I ordered an aterna stone for my engagement ring. I am blown away by the quality. Looks flawless next to the mined diamonds on my setting. I placed an order to Quorri for my girlfriend's engagement ring after months of research. The reviews regarding the company were overall very positive so I decided to take the plunge and order the ring.

I am happy to say that I was please with the quality and beauty of the ring I received. The ring I had chosen had a low profile with a 1.5 Attera stone. I was nervous about the delievery time since I ordered the ring 25 days before the date I had chosen for the proposal. After speaking to Jason from Quorri, I decided to place the order and hope for the best.

Now I wouldn't generally recommend ordering a ring without at least a months notice but I decided to play the odds. Needlessly to say with the whole Covid-19 situation, the delivery took longer than expected, however, Jason was prompt in answering my questions and concerns. It appeared that the ring was not going to arrive in time, however, Jason did everything in his power to get the ring delivered to me on time. It shipped from Ontario on Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday morning the ring was in Vancouver; a day before my planned proposal. While it was a stressful time, it was worth it because my girlfriend (now fiance ;)) loved the ring.

Overall highly recommend their rings. The stone is as shiny and sparkly as a diamond with some hardness with it and level of craftsmanship expected from top jewelrers.

He followed up to ensure the process was as seamless as possible and ultimately ensured the ring was delivered to our doorstep within a day of completion. The ring itself is immaculate! A work of art! My fiancee loves it. The cut is flawless and the clarity is astonishing. It looks even more alluring in real life. The market is inundated with sellers but I'm happy I made the decision to purchase one of Quorri's pieces. I will be a purchasing from them again in the very near future!!

I just received my custom designed Aterna stone ring and I am beyond stunned at how gorgeous it is. The sparkle is out of this world. The attention to detail with the custom work is amazing, I can't stop staring at my beautiful ring.
The customer service by Sam was exceptional, he was so patient and understanding with my may questions and changes to the design, always replying quickly to my messages. I highly recommend this amazing company, the prices are reasonable and workmanship is second to none. I will definitely be purchasing more rings from them in the future.

Came across Diamanti by Quorri in 2017, I have to be honest extremely nervous about ordering a ring on line without seeing it first, i did my research before hand, numerous emails back and forth and ordered my ring. The communication was spot on couldn't fault them every question was answered promptly, after a few days i ordered my ring during the process i was kept informed on the progress of my ring. It arrived promptly and what can i say - it was everything i wanted and much more.

I can honestly say my ring was divine, even strangers have stopped me and commented on how beautiful my ring was.
