I contacted QuinnBet to raise serious concerns about my gambling and explained that I was experiencing gambling-related harm. I expected my complaint to be treated with care, empathy, and professionalism, but instead I felt that it was not taken seriously.
To make matters worse, I experienced issues withdrawing my winnings, which caused unnecessary stress and frustration. The lack of clear communication and the time it took to deal with my concerns only made the situation worse.
