Recieved an email asking for account verification but advised to keep betting. When i sent details they advised account was being closed as i had previously self excluded. (Fair enough)However withheld my winnings bringing my account to a zero balance..... Had i have lost the bets i would not have got a refund bringing me to a zero balance......
