I am a new member of this casino and processed some withdrawals. I opened the web chat and asked when these withdrawals would be processed and a very helpful and courteous member of the support team (Yana) assisted me verifying my account in order for the withdrawals to be processed. A suggestion to QuinnBet would perhaps be to make it available for the user to upload documents for verification. With regards the withdrawal i was advised that the payments team aim to process withdrawals within 24 hours of it being requested but that it might take longer during busy periods. I will update this review subsequent to the withdrawal process being completed.

Website is difficult to navigate.
If you want to look at pending bets placed more the 7 days ago they very often don’t even load even when you enter the correct dates range for when the bets were placed.
I know cash out is for complete mugs but their cash out algorithm is completely fudged. If you place £100 at 5/1 and the current price is now 2/5 you’d expect the cash out offer to be well in to profit territory but it’s like £86. WTF. I went on to live chat to question it and all the operator did was copy and paste a load of drivel regarding cash out. They don’t actually answer your query because they haven’t got a clue about the betting industry.
Poor website, dysfunctional cash out algo and staff that lack industry knowledge.
