I ordered several items of clothing and some luggage for a recent trip. All came and were nice quality. Unfortunately one of the suitcases cracked in transit on the return flight, and I mentioned that in a review I submitted. Since I thought that kind of damage is technically not covered by the warranty I did not expect compensation. An agent reached out to me very soon after I submitted the review, asked for a few photos of the damage, and immediately offered replacement or refund. I asked for a refund and it came through almost immediately.

Quince products are a much greater quality than the price would indicate, allowing you to purchase more products than you would from department stores or online elsewhere. They have great current options in numerous colors and great fabrics! And if you’re unhappy with the products received returns are extremely simple and free of charges. Though you can’t get a person on the phone you can chat live with a helpful live person.

I had bought several items that I was pleased with from Quince, so when I saw a new style linen blouse in a beautiful shade of "French blue" I ordered it right away. The shirt was well made and fit well, however, the color was totally NOT any shade of French blue. Instead, it was a dull, chambray color. I returned it with a 3 star review and am still waiting for my refund and other reviews dated much later, as recently as yesterday, have already been posted. It's like they don't post anything but glowing reviews?

I had an okay experience shopping for women’s clothing here. The store had a decent variety of styles, and I was able to find a few pieces that I liked. The quality seemed fair for the price, though nothing really stood out as exceptional. The staff were polite but not overly attentive, which I didn’t mind, but some people might prefer a bit more help. The store was fairly organized, although certain sections were a little harder to browse. Overall, it was a decent shopping trip and I’d consider coming back if I’m in the area.

I was unable to get what I wanted on the website, when I contacted customer service they got me exactly what I wanted on the next business day.

I ordered a tee from Quince website. Proof of delivery photo showed item was delivered to the wrong house/address. TRAC website couldn’t recognize the tracking number I received.
I contacted Quince via text. Response was quick and issue was resolved immediately.
