I really wanted to love Quince because they market themselves as offering high-quality pieces at reasonable prices—but my experience has been the opposite.
I ordered a washable silk mini skirt and, after nearly four weeks, I’ve been sent the wrong item twice and still don’t have what I paid for. On top of that, they expect me to return the incorrect items before resolving the issue, which feels unreasonable given that these mistakes were on their end.
Customer service has been slow, and there’s still no clear resolution.
For a brand that prides itself on quality and high standards, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. It feels like the execution doesn’t match the branding at all.
Lost package ? No problem !
When the carrier lost my package (ironically it was a luggage set !) - I hopped on a quick text and 5 minutes later I had a new order number and was on my way - Jas assisted and they were fantastic! My Quince experience so far is hard to compare too with how other companies operate nowadays. More people need to take note and make sure they learn from Quince !

Canada address mix up fixed fast!
I kept getting this crazy form to complete when I ordered that had me listed as living in Canada. 🇨🇦 Don’t get me wrong, these days Canada sounds pretty good, but my orders wouldn’t go through. I texted Quince customer care on a Sunday and got a response back early Monday morning. The customer service person was so helpful and offered a couple of alternatives if I didn’t get results.
Quince always has responsive and efficient customer care people working and their products are very affordable and very good quality.

Lightweight Down Comforter
when I searched for Lightweight Down Comforter on Quince website, I was told that at check out I will be given $40.00 discount (please attached). However, when setup account and checked out, I found there is NO place to put $40.00 discount. This made me very upset. After texting their customer service, they quickly explained the that the promotion is only applied to order exceeding $300.00 but is written in fine text print. The address my concern, they still apply some discount for me. The agent is polite and professional
