A great start, but now VERY disappointed!Previous orders I have made with this…

Previous orders I have made with this company have all been great - good quality, good service etc. I ordered a quilt kit back in the summer and, when it arrived I was still working on my previous purchase from them so, after a quick check that all the fabrics were there, I put the package to one side. The other day, I was ready to begin my new kit so I opened the pack and found that what I had assumed was the set of instructions was just a cover sheet for the kit and there were no instructions at all! I emailed them with my order number, asking them to send me the instructions by email, but no response. I tried phoning them - again no response. Finally, I decided to phone them again and my call was eventually answered. I spoke to a lovely, helpful-sounding lady, who agreed to email the instructions to me. I am STILL WAITING! I am really keen to get started on my new quilt, but I am not at all impressed with their after-sales service! I am VERY disappointed!
