The item I ordered was not sent ..The…

The item I ordered was not sent ..The item sent was a very bad copy and not even close to the advertised item . Customer service responded in a very quick and professional manner however I soon realized that I would not be able to return the item or get refunded for the item . Customer service stated that they would not refund the full amount because “the order had been processed and shipped “ ( note ships from China or Japan ? ) and offered a 20% discount !!

First time ordering, and I’m impressed! The website was super easy to navigate, and the checkout process was seamless. My order arrived quickly, and everything was in perfect condition. I’ll definitely return for more.
