Great Service to prepare a quick will
Have used this service twice now and delighted with the results. It is really easy to use. You are prompted to fill in each section and then the will is created for you and sent to your email to download. You can choose to pay a small fee to have it checked over or just download your will for free. There is also the option to edit it.

Process is easy, but when asking a question response is limited or nothing at all. Unfortunate, but this let's the service down somewhat.

This is just what I wanted
This is just what I wanted, I learned from my local authority that a very elaborate will was not necessary if the contents were simple as mine are, and not spend the amount of money that solicitors charge. I was very pleased with the service I receive and the ease of it all.

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. No wills sent in mail, no response to telephone calls, or to emails. Took my £29 for mirror wills and then total silence.
BEWARE.
This is NOT a quality service.
