I paid $49 for nothing.

I paid $49. I called the DOH in my state and asked them about my order. And I was told that it costs $12.50. And that I was scam. So I paid the $12.50 and got my birth certificate. Now I need to get my $49 Back.

I did give a 5 star rating to give this…

I did give a 5 star rating to give this service extra push up. I do understand what these other review are saying. once I finished the application and was prompted to have it notarized virtually done. I just assumed that it would go to the registry. Once I received the pdf file and instructions. I understood. They are a third party doing a service from the comfort of my home. No matter how you look at it. You have to mail your application in with it notarized anyways. I find that Quickvitalrecords was easy and convenient. Thank you for your services.

False Advertising

I ordered a birth certificate replacement from this place, not knowing that all they do is fill out the paperwork for you and send it back to you, only for you to print and send it off with the renewal fees at yourself at your own expense. They charge $50 to fill out paperwork when I could have done this myself for much less. I message them to get a refund, and while they were reluctant, over several persistent back and forth emails, I finally got my refund back. You just need to call out that their site says 100% satisfaction guarantee, no question asked and their false advertising in several emails for about a week, and they will budge and refund you. Just keep stating how you are not 100% satisfied. Experience would be better if they were upfront about the process to begin. Also would be great if they would just refund you when you ask the first time instead of all the charades and back and forth garbage. Don't advertise something you don't plan to back up.

If I could do negative stars I would. 50$ later and 2 months and I still do not have a birth certificate . I needed it for an airplane trip and was unable to board my flight without it yesterday. Worthless scamming website !! Go directly to vital records, not only is it 10$ cheaper but it offers one week service and overnight delivery!!!!

Not worth it! They don't even send you a birth certificate!

Update: when I told them I would be leaving a poor review, I was told they were processing my refund. And it should reflect on 2-3 days. It shouldn't have taken that to get a refund, but I am glad they did.

I thought I had used their "services" in the past and the price included the birth certificate. Their website is very misleading. They take information that you could easily do yourself and fill out an application for you. The only reason I was trying this service was because of covid and many offices are closed. After $50 for then to fill out the application for me, I then learned i had to take extra steps... their website also claims "If you don’t have a great experience, we’ll give you a full refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED." Don't believe that... after taking the extra steps, and sending another 20$ to the department of health, I quickly got my envelope back saying that they could not fulfill my order before guidelines changed regarding obtaining birth certificates. I asked for a refund as I was not able to get my birth certificate. And they still told me no.

SCAM

Edit: They just emailed they will be issuing a refund so at least they had the decency to do that

Unfortunately, like the others, I had not read reviews before purchasing the "service". This "service" essentially takes the information you provide (and could easily fill out in any application by yourself) and puts it into the certificate application for you. They also claim to get your records in 24 hours. Another lie. Go to your state's website instead, or the state's authorized site for this application. More importantly, they now have your information. Beware, your identity may now be at risk.

Needed birth certificate

Needed birth certificate, paid the fee yea it’s a bit high but I got my package the very next day worth the money....

Initially I went with quick vital records without reading the reviews & right after I paid I contacted them to cancel. And called my bank to stop payment & since it was pending it was released back to me. However they told me they still had to cancel or they can still come in my account and pull the $50. Well there was about 5 emails exchanged the following morning about services rendered. Just as the reviews read they only send you a application to apply for the birth certificate! Totally a waste of $50 and as I explained in the 4 emails I cancelled before they sent it. Was told 3x they couldn’t refund me because they already provided a service. Then 4th email after showing in screenshot I canceled 2 mins after purchase they agreed to refund 😬

All three customer service numbers…

All three customer service numbers refer you back to the same email. The company does not give any service. They trick you into thinking they are an actual company. They do not tell you how much they are charging you and you still pay more, and do all the work yourself in filling out app...etc. Company is a scam and do everything to avoid speaking with you. You cannot contact them. Their phone numbers do not work. Do not use them.

COMPLETE waste of time

COMPLETE waste of time. DO NOT USE. Call the local health department. Website claims 5 mins or less but all you will get is the form you get when you go to the health department and you still have to pay the additional fees to get a copy of the certificate. Total scam.
