I work long hours so called after 7pm, answered straight away but as I needed a video appointment I couldn’t be seen until following morning. This was fine as the soonest I could get in with my doctor was 10 days away!

Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin. Fast, helpful and reliable.. all through an app on your phone. Prefer this to waiting and calling the GP for and even later appointment. All in all brilliant!
