Thieves, criminals. Your samples will never make it to their Lab (if it exists). You will lose your money. It's a scam. I lost 164 euros. They keep answering your complaints only to keep you happy but nothing will be done! Please warn people so that no one else will be their victim.

The company doesn't send any tests

I placed my order after looking at their website and indication was that it would be delivered very fast. I placed my order on the 20th of April 25. It's now 2nd June and still nothing. I have emailed everyday. I completed a refund form 15 days ago and am still emailing everyday because it is not being processed. Very disappointed as they will not process my refund. still waiting.....

Would give negative stars if It was an option.

Terrible service, have been waiting over 3 weeks for the kit to arrive....still waiting...!

This is for a Dog DNA test so I can only imagine the disappointment that would be caused if the human ones are processed the same.

I ordered and returned DNA sample per instructions and via FED EX registered mail. I received confirmation from the Lab 30th April it had been received. After a ridiculous amount of follow ups, I still havent received my results (it is now 23rd May 2025) I continue to receive the same standard response. I have asked for my request to be escalated to Manager and also a refund as i dont have any faith that I will receive results. There is no phone number and no other means of contact only via email. This process has made me extremely anxious and frustrated, I DO NOT recommend this company / products at all.

I ordered an Animal Breed DNA test kit on 8th March 2025. Test kit still has NOT arrived. I feel that this is a scam company, they took my $212.79 . I have sent them several emails and still waiting for a satisfactory response from them.
My advice to others is to not use this company. 🙁🙁🙁

If I receive my test kit soon I will alter my review.

The ancestry test was a real revelation. I discovered unexpected aspects of my family history.

This company failed to send me my results and claim they sent me a further kit which never arrived.. to the sum of £306
And now I’m receiving letters from there recoverio fake company saying If I don’t pay il be taken to court! What a joke. They ruined my life for a while failing to give me results. Just disgusting

Scammers and Terrible Customer Service!

I purchased a paternity test from this company, and everything seemed clear at first: the advertised price was €99.90. However, no one informed me that I would have to pay additional shipping fees (€50) to send the sample to Vietnam—I only discovered this after making the purchase!

As if that wasn’t enough, when I exercised my right of withdrawal within the timeframe allowed by law and even stated in their own Terms and Conditions (which allow 30 working days!), they tried everything to deny my refund. First, they claimed I was past the deadline without specifying a date. Then, after insisting, they kept responding with vague and automated messages, often completely off-topic. In the end, they just stopped replying!

This behaviour is unacceptable and highly dishonest. Avoid this company if you don’t want to fight to get what you are legally entitled to. A customer service this inefficient and deceptive does not deserve any trust.

The most unprofessional company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I’ve been waiting for a refund for 1 month plus very poor communication and they block emails . Very bad company

SCAM company, do not use.

They owe me nearly £700 and didn’t deliver any results or give refund as requested.

Multiple emails back and forth over the last 4 months to be fobbed off with “the manager is on holiday”, to a flat out refusal of a refund.

This is not a legitimate company, these are thieves and scammers. Do not buy from them, you'll never receive the product your ordered or you'll receive something else that is way below the value of what you paid. You've been warned!

I have ordered dog breed DNA in the beginning of November. I received tracking almost immediately but tracking number was not useful as it did not show correct information. Upon receiving the order (2 weeks later) it was WRONG! DNA Ancestry test arrived. When trying to get information on what to do next, I had to chase support almost daily with no concrete updates and at this point I requested refund when they said it is not possible! How ridiculous it is! It was not my fault for messing up the order and long resolution time, so I am pushing for the refund now.
For new customers, I thought that this company can be trusted but I was wrong. Do not repeat my mistake!

This company have been ignoring my emails and no one has a explanation for why i got my dna “results” without them ever receiving my samples? These are just scammers who take advantage off young mums leaving them short of money with they untrustworthy service.

I have purchased an Ancestry DNA Test kit from Quick DNA, and returned the swabs for testing to the Czech Republic for analysis on July 01st, 2024 with regular mail.

I have never received any results. Even though I gave them my order number with proof of purchase, they have not shown a concern about it. I felt that I was dealing with bureaucratic red tapes.

I have given up on them. I ham extremely disappointed. I will never use Ferber Enterprises Quick DNA again.

Fake results. I'm Algerian for many generations, and I got 0% Algerian. Instead, I learned that I'm Italian and Swedish and Serbian. Amazing.

If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. Used them twice now only because the first time they told me swabs weren’t done currently so unsure how accurate the results were it took me weeks of emailing them to get my results. They gave me 50% off so I ordered a second lot sent it back express delivery so I wouldn’t have to wait so long this time ( I was wrong). I am still waiting to receive my results and it’s been 9 days since they received my swabs. Their customer service is shocking I sent 10+ probably emails at this rate and they just started ignoring every single email. I have heard nothing back from them. As if this wasn’t a sensitive time already before I had to fork all the money out for the tests now I’m not even receiving the results it’s not good enough. Please if ur reading this before you order please save your money and don’t do it!!.

After ordering Animal Breed tests I first received paternity tests. After some back and fort with customer service they re-sent new ones that I received but... this time I got the Ancestry tests. Both times without any explanations nor envelope to send the tests back to the laboratory once carried out.
And there is no way to reach customer service, my mails bounce back telling me they're inbox is over limit. For the moment, I would not at all recommend anyone buying their products. I fear we just lost 200€ for nothing.

Its a scam After back and forth emails as soon as ive sent the kit back to wait for my results i have been blocked on email and now cannot send any emails to the company.
