I purchase a pump through Amazon from this seller. They advertise a 1yr warranty. Seller continues to ignore my request for refund or replacement when the pump only worked for 2 months. Amazon will do nothing to bad vendors.
I would strongly advise you to avoid this company. Prices are high and goods are sub standard. When I tried to return the item I was completely ghosted and despite numerous attempts to make contact with them, they ignored me. Ratings on their website are surely fictitious.
Huge scam! Ordered a Knee Rest for my mother to do gardening; never received an invoice an never received the product. Ordered an MP3 player with Quick Deals via e-Bay. Didn't arrive. They said they would refund and pay compensation of £5. Despite several further e-mails to them no response and no refund. Then contacted eBay, and eventually received the refund. But no compensation as promised. Wouldn't recommend!
